Due to the handmade nature of these bandanas, I am unable to accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Prior to ordering, measure your pet’s neck and use the size chart and advice on every listing to ensure you order the correct size. With thousands of bandanas sold, I am confident in the sizing using the instructions provided. Note: the sizing measurement might be different from the measurement you use for a collar because a bandana will have a different fit than a collar.

Any returns accepted due to extenuating circumstances are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of all shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it rights
