What size bandana should I order for my dog?
Loosely measure your pet's neck at the widest part, where the bandana will sit - this might be a different measurement than their collar.
XXS – fits up to a 13” neck
XS - fits a 13-15" neck
SMALL - fits a 15-17" neck
MEDIUM - fits a 17-19" neck
LARGE - fits an 19-23" neck
XL - fits a 23-26" neck *message me for availability*
If your pet is between sizes, has lots of fur, or has a smaller neck but a large body order the next size up.
Example: If your dog’s neck measures 17” go with a size Medium.
Do I have to pay for shipping twice if I order on the ready-to-ship website and on Etsy?
Nope! If you want to order ready-to-ship bandanas and made-to-order bandanas and have them ship together, contact me here or on Etsy, and I will give you a coupon code for one or the other so that you do not pay for shipping twice.
Your ready-to-ship bandanas will ship out with your made-to-order bandanas, which have a 4-7 business day processing time.
How do I wash my bandanas?
Dog bandanas will definitely get dirty! I recommend hand washing your bandana and letting it lay flat to dry to avoid any shrinking. If you do need to machine wash, use cold water and wash with like colors and lay flat to dry for best results. To get the wrinkles out, iron the backside of the bandana.
Can you make me an over the collar bandana or a collar?
At this time, I do not offer personalization - adding names, phrases, etc to bandanas.
I only sell square, tie-on bandanas and I'm unable to make custom products (over the collar bandanas, triangle bandanas, add snaps etc) right now.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the U.S. International orders come with high shipping costs, complicated customs/duty fees, and a higher risk of lost or delayed packages, so I've made the call to hold off for now.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Each bandana on this site is ready-to-ship and made in limited quantities, which means once it's sold, it's often one of the last of its kind - so I'm unable to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on these items.
Before ordering, measure your dog's neck and use the size chart and sizing notes on each listing to make sure you're choosing the right size. With thousands of bandanas sold, I'm confident in the sizing when the instructions are followed closely. Note: bandana sizing may differ from the neck measurement you'd use for a collar, since a bandana fits differently.
Any returns accepted due to extenuating circumstances are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping.
